How to only detect package from pkgx.yaml file?

As stated in the title, is there a way to only add packages that is specified in pkgx.yaml into the environment with dev command?

one way I can find is to not use dev but rather direnv with pkgx instead

# in .envrc

dotenv
set -a
eval "$(pkgx +node@22 +pod)"
set +a

would be great if there's something like dev --local or dev ./pkgx.yaml
