Add expanded NPC table support to EB Project Editor #20
Description
As of b5c1624 in CoilSnake (and a few commits before it), the NPC config table is no longer in the MiscTablesModule, but in the ExpandedTablesModule. This breaks the project editor, which assumes it can find that info in that module. This should be updated before the next version of CoilSnake is released.
(A few open questions: Should EB Project Editor try to support CoilSnake projects from old versions that have npc_config_table.yml in the other module, or should it only support the version of CoilSnake it's bundled with? Also, since renaming the files is so uncommon, it's worth considering whether going through the project.snake to get the file name is necessary in the first place.)
