Upgrade to .net 6

• System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotations are included in .net 6
• Add new csproj nodes
• Utilize new GlobalUsing.cs
• Update editorconfig null checking errors
  • Cleanup all warnings in test, turn some warnings to errors
• Create Docker.cli
• Add release task in docker-compose
• Add Kernel AsyncResultExtension Unit
• Add Kernel ResultExtension UnitTests
• Migrate to the new Program.cs
  • Create a subfolder in the WebApi Bootstrap for the Service Registration since it is part of the bootstrapper
