Combo appears behind the VST Window #8
Description
I have the issue illustrated by the printscreen below.
I tried to click about 10 times differently but nothing worked :-).
I use Reaper 4.57 64bits with Windows 7 64bits and compiled OwlSim with VS2010 and the latest VST SDK from Steinberg.
