Further issues using in some countries #20

I want to move my pinned recipes (all together about 700) from Pinterest to raindrop.io and I've been trying to find a tool to do that. This seems like it's my best bet, but I'm having a similar issue to user Brett Donald (who posted an earlier issue here). It's a bit different though, as in my country Pinterest's URL doesn't replace the .com, instead it uses a subdomain (countrycode.pinterest.com).
I tried to poke around with the regex in the Javascript myself, but I'm no expert and I couldn't get it to work. Can anyone maybe look into making a version of Pinback that also works in countries like mine that use a Pinterest subdomain?
