a potential mission / quest chain storyline for the aquatic species in this plugin could be that they want to establish trade and you need to contact the scientist who helped repair the hyperspace link to research on how to make a hyperspace link / wormhole (if none exist yet ) and then some diplomatic missions like in the free worlds storyline with the option of them (staying independend ) joining (any goverment the player most helped ) because they think that that goverment is good , and then to close the mission chain off and get a license to buy some of theyr more advanced ships (in the future ) maybe a smaller mission chain to get cheap terraforming because they can only life on planets with water
