[Bug]: Unclear select Box for callouts when creating a Blog

Describe the bug

In the Blog editor Page, when adding a callout to your blog, the different types of callouts, i.e "info", "tip", "warning", "success"; are not visible clearly in Dark Mode

To Reproduce

1)Use Dark Mode
2)Go to Blog -> New Blog
3)Add a Callout/Note
4)In the Select portion- which alternates between Info, warning, tip and success- nothing is visible unless you hover on a certain box, since both text and background share the same color (white).

Expected behavior

The options should have been more clearly visible, and more suited to the overall UI theme of the website.

Additional context

I tried studying the codebase as much as possible to find where this bug is occurring, but was unsuccessful in doing so. I would appreciate any guidance or help since I am a beginner in open source :)

Yeah @Abmarne but none of you have asked for assignment, so order doesn't matter. Anyway I considered @devrajbando 's PR the most complete (besides the fact that he's the issue creator), so if he accepts the suggested changes, I'll merge his.

Otherwise, I'll choose one of your PRs.
I chose his mainly because it included a screenshot to understand what it was about, so if you want to be accepted more easily, I'd like to be able to see your work via a screenshot and not just code.
