Serve toots to users of other instances different from users of one's own instance #3
Description
Users of other instances should get toots in their original (only slightly modified) formatting, without formatted bullet point lists and stuff.
Though it is difficult for me to judge whether this is actually useful since I don't know exactly how widespread full HTML support in toots is in the fediverse.
