configure syntax error

I have a configure syntax when trying to compile for php 8
./configure: line 4330: syntax error near unexpected token XMLRPC_SHARED_LIBADD' ./configure: line 4330: PHP_SETUP_EXPAT(XMLRPC_SHARED_LIBADD)'

Running: ./configure --with-php-config=/usr/local/bin/php-config

Rocky Linux 8.9 (Green Obsidian)
Control Web Panel
PHP 8.2

PHP 7.4 compilation ok with xmltpc

Cannot reproduce on CentOS 8 with official PHP 8.0 or 8.2 packages (8.2 will be part of Rocky 8.10)

dnf module switch-to php:8.2/devel
phpize
./configure
make
