Make webrtc configurable so there's no shared space for all users

This is just for security reasons, we don't want all the peers to have a shared space. There be dragons!

URL query should be used to save the id and password to the space. (This makes it shareable with friends too)

Create unique UUIDs (aka, create a new space) if you don't have a query string in the URL
