Momentary buttons do not work with iOS VoiceOver

From For some reason, the valueProperty of the button model indicates it is already valueOff when I try to activate the button a second time on iOS VoiceOver. I will debug this more to understand what is going on.

This issue is specific to iOS VoiceOver. Since that is not included in 'tier 1' accessibility for now, this is a lower priority issue.

Just an FYI, toggle buttons of multiple roles/types have been an issue on iOS for a while. For example, the Light Source toggle button with role switch in Molarity has not worked since a couple of years at least, and since that interaction is essential to the sim, we unpublished the mobile description feature for that sim.

The All Audio toggle button in the nav bar was also broken for a while.

@jessegreenberg, if you can't figure this out, it might be a good time to contact the apple devs we met at CSUN.

We recently changed the markup for toggle buttons so that they no longer have ARIA problems with axe devTools. It is possible that this has already been fixed.
