iOS 13: Going back and then forward in to a sim can cause a freeze #69
Description
For phetsims/qa#427. Only seen on Blackbody Spectrum so far, but probably in others as well.
If you are in the sim, swipe to go to the previous page, then swipe back to the sim, the sim will be frozen and can't be manipulated.
