Which side should the unit be on in RTL locales? #464
Description
Currently, with RTL languages the unit is placed to the left of the value like in these examples. Both use PatternStringProperty to render the text.
@jbphet asked chatGPT and it said the value should be on the right. I got the opposite answer during my Google search.
@jbphet will do more investigating.
