Running pig repo add pgdg -u --region=china, the pgdg.repo contains following configurations

Expected

According to the The official PostgreSQL APT/YUM repository,
the base url prefix should be repo.pigsty.cc/yum/pgdg instead of mirrors.aliyun.com/postgresql/repos/yum.
and the os release number should be $releasever (current value 9) instead of 9.7.
