data-maintainer.py script file? #6

Hello @markokr ,
I noticed that in the skytools-legacy project, there existed a script file called data-maintainer.py. I don't see this script in this project. What happened to it? Is this script file inside another project in this pgp organization. We would like to not have to use the legacy version of a package.
