npm install is broken due puppeteer dependency

Hello,

i was just setting up my new workstation, where i heavily use minimalcss. The npm installation failed at trying to install puppeteer 1.2.0 and failing to download chromium used in that version.

I saw this fixed in the repo, where i could successfully install it, but not with the npm command.

I honestly don't know why that would want to install puppeteer 1.2.0.
The latest release of minimalcss 0.9.0, requires puppeteer ^1.8.0.

I'm not familiar with npm install -g because I don't use it. In fact, I discourage it in favor of installing locally or using npx.
