Protoyaml import path changed to buf.build/go/protoyaml #5

Hello!
We noticed you are depending on github.com/bufbuild/protoyaml-go. Pre-v1 of protoyaml, we've changed the import path to buf.build/go/protoyaml - just run go get buf.build/go/protoyaml, update your imports, go mod tidy -v, and you're good to go!
