Regressions in FR2 session summaries 

1. Stim parameter fields not populated (`location`, `amplitude`, `stimAnodeTag`, `stimCathodeTag`) 

2. `is_stim_item` field no longer consistent with events on disk, previous summaries

More regressions added below as appropriate.

All these been introduced into ramutils since August 2018
