Improve filtering on app dashboard

We need a better way to do filtering on app dashboard

Now

Right now, all the filters are listed at once and it is not very clear how they are applied when applying multiple filters.

Also, there is no way to reset all filters

New

We want a new way so the user chooses a filter from a dropdown and applies them one by one.
We should use a pill like visual style for them.

We also need a way to reset all filters.

Bonus: add the filters to url as a way to share the current state.
