selected date is reset when in a paginated form

nice addon for gravity, but I'm facing an issue: if I use this field in a paginated form, the date value gets resetted to the default at each page change.

Hi @patrickporto, I see the plugin has not been updated since long time.
I just hoped you could know what to fix to make the field work in a paginated form.
But if you've no interest no problem, I'll be looking for and if I find a solution I'll make a pull request.
