Create Album Modal

As a user, I want to be able to click on a track and have a modal come up with all tracks from the album so i can add more to the queue.

Global modal --> function that dispatchs with props
e.g.

openAlbumModal = (albumId) => EventHorizon.dispatch(‘OPEN_ALUBM_MODAL’, {
   albumId
})

in the action, set open=true
subscribe contained in the modal code with composeWithTracker
