fix commands response

when you do a command like !timeis it replies only with the command output and doesn't show the original command sent to get the output.

it used to show the command !timeis with a second message from the user below with arrow responding to command message with the output.

found the issue

disregard old issue the reason it was set to false is because it will do arrow response to the first message you send after you join

there is also another issue where it will not show your command message if you have already chatted and can send messages without your name appearing

ok never mind there at least 6 different issues with command responses, it's insanely buggy and some issues you cant get to repeat reliably as its just random
