chat attempts to resize when "one column" configuration is active

as seen from the image above the chat attempts to resize once the user activates one column config. because of this the user gets kicked form the cytube room due to rate limit being exceeded.
im guessing this is due to the resizeStuff fix from before

this seems to fix itself when theres external css
