Organise technologies by adoption status

As per the Thoughtworks radar, which is referenced in the info modal, I suggest the radar be organised by the adoption status rather than by type. Specifically, the further towards the centre a technology is the more in use (adopted) it is. This means that the radar illustrates how close or far we are from using a technology.
