Description
Hi there,
I'm trying to use AngCor package on the IKP data - proton inelastic scattering on calcium isotopes. The beam energy is low (12 and 15 MeV) and detectors are positioned at backward angles. I compiled the codes from this repo with gfortran on fedora and used the test scripts - the results are correct (attached the final plots). It is only when I use my input files AngCor returns negative probabilities.
I'm attaching the input and output files. Note that the input files were checked by Muhsin. If anyone has any idea how to get AngCor to return only positive probabilities - I'll be grateful.
Cheers,
Basia
PS.
Also, when I use too many partial waves in CHUCK, it starts to assign NaNs to small values and then propagates them - basically throwing the whole calculation off. An easy fix is to run calculation with big number of partial waves, see at which number NaNs start to occur and then set the number of partial waves smaller than that.
