Feature Request: + as a delimiter

Great plugin BTW.

Could the plus symbol "+" be added as an additional delimiter for csv files recognized by the plugin? Is this user-configurable? Thx

Pluses are a weird choice for field separator, where did you get this file from?

Separators are not user configurable, unless you download the source code, add the plus and compile the plugin yourself. :)
