Automatic deploy filters for some examples

Description

Certain examples use a special filter on the PlatformIO console.

When downloading these examples, a manual action is needed to put this filter on the appropriate folder.

It is best to avoid manual actions and make this automatic when the download takes place.

Action

Update the /script/pre_target_examples.py so that the filters are automatically downloaded an place at the right folder.

May be there's another solution...
to modifiy the directory where platformio has to found the custom filters.
and put this lines in the README:

To retrieve the datas, the plaformio monitor has to found the python file src/filter_recorded_datas.py
and to find it, we have to define the directory where there's custom monitor filters.

monitor_dir = src 

this line has to be added just below the following lines:

libdeps_dir = owntech/lib
