- Onboarding in cells is always the same. When cells divide, they have a distinct way to copy all DNA so the new cell has access to everything that it needs to do to be a healthy cell.
- Training in cells is automated. When the DNA of how everything is done is copied, the new cell doesnt need to be taught, the how-to is already embedded so the cell can work immediately.

- Ive uncovered the following risks that we want to overcome
- Current website acts more like a liability than an asset, and similarly beauticians are using Horton luxury suites as a liability instead of an asset to develop their business because Horton luxury suites hasn't developed a vertically integrated business development offering, so beauticians have no clear incentive to stay if a competitor comes around
- No online presence thst promotes vision makes it harder to attract clients and investors. Harder to scale. No set way to nurture relationships means valuable supported might stop trying to help. Then no way to expand offering to different sectors.
- No clear way to track deliverables in a centralized location forces business owners to stay involved in the business. At risk of losing certifications if any of the dates slip. If MWBE certification all rests on one person, huge risk. MWBE certification opened up opportunity for largest revenue in a year with synergy, so needs to be maintained for growth. Also no clear way to track all deliverables for construction project deliveries which introduces risk.
- No clear way to add value on the synergy project leads to a risk of them not working with us in the future. Also no clear way to improve quality and execution on current CHA projects which puts current cash flow at risk if we don't maintain a good standing. Also no clear way to delegate work for all construction projects so owners have to do everything.
