Please help me with the issue in lines 221 & 222.

I am not familiar with resolve-uri() and base-uri().

the links are like:
C:\Users<CompName>\Desktop\a\word_rels\document.xml.rels
C:\Users<CompName>\Desktop\a\word\styles.xml
