problem with references

I hope this is the right way to contact you about the tool. I found it because I want to use a tmx dictionary (exported from MadCap Lingo) in Qt Linguist. It works fine, but there is a conversion problem with hrefs and my Python knowledge is not good enough.

In TMX, the problematic sections look like this:

As you can see, there can be any number of hrefs and therefore any number of subitems. Would it be possible to modify the conversion tool so that these sections are also converted correctly? That would help me a lot.
