Add instruction for the json file format and usage of the widget-bandsplot 

For the downloaded JSON data files, we need to add detailed instruction of the format of the files and the usage.
The instruction should include information as presented below:

* How to export the band structure JSON files from AiiDA.
* The format for the DOS JSON files.
* Provide simple Python scripts to extract data.
