Hello everyone,
I am currently unable to access my Web3Auth wallet, which I use to log into Bless. Every time I try to log in via Google, I am automatically redirected to the Web3Auth device verification screen (tKey).
After selecting Google login on Bless, I am taken directly to the Web3Auth security verification page.
I see a list of previously authorized devices (browser, OS, timestamps).
It asks me to verify from one of those devices to complete the verification.
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to those devices (they were formatted, lost, or are no longer usable).
The “Verify with other factors” option does not work because I did not set up backups, recovery phrase, or alternative methods.
🔄 What I’ve already tried:
Clearing cookies and site data in my browser.
Logging in from different devices and browsers.
Checking the Web3Auth dashboard at https://dashboard.web3auth.io/security (no dApps visible).
Direct access to the tKey page (https://auth.web3auth.io/...).
Attempted recovery, but without other configured factors.
🙏 What I kindly ask:
I would like to know if it is possible to:
Reset the Web3Auth access linked to my Google account
Or remove the previously authorized devices so I can regain access to my wallet on Bless.
Any support or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
