Hiya
I have been playing with the
pyslurmproject to create some reporting scripts, and I am amazed at all the helpful functionality it has offered me so far. Until now I have just been using thesacctoutputs and using bash utilities to manipulate outputs, which works, but seems a bit hack-ey :DIf I understand correctly, the class
pyslurm.Jobonly allows you to retrieve information about running / pending jobs, andpyslurm.db.Joballows you to look at statistics of finished jobs. For my use case of reporting, I need to know what GRES resources a job has used from theslurmdb. Forpyslurm.Jobthere are a few GRES properties, but none forpyslurm.db.Job. Is this something that is currently not possible? Or is there something I am missing? If it is currently not possible, are there any plans to implement this in the future?
