EXTRAS-279 - Need RasterElement::convertPixelToGeocoord and RasterElement::convertGeocoordToPixel Exposed in interfaces

There is no way to access latitude and longitude coordinates through the R&D interfaces. For example, I have 1 dataset and I can get the pixel location of the data. I now want to find the same spot in another image. To do so I need to move from sensor space to lat/long and then from lat/long to sensor space in the new image.
