EXTRAS-220 - Add OpenCV Python files to the Python AEB

The core ships with the OpenCV DLLs/SOs and there's a non-official aeb with the Python bindings for OpenCV. Since OpenCV is now part of the core, these bindings should be included in the official Python aeb. They are already in the OpenCV dependency, they just need to be included in the aeb builder script.
