[Feature]: Matrix Chat Notifications #211

Description

Feature Description

It would be great to have native Matrix chat notification support in Checkcle. Matrix is an open, decentralized, and privacy-friendly messaging protocol — a perfect fit for an open-source monitoring tool like Checkcle.
What I'd like to see:

Configure a Matrix homeserver URL, room ID, and access token
Send alert notifications when a service goes down or recovers

Many Checkcle users value privacy and self-hosted solutions, so Matrix integration would be a natural and well-received addition.

Motivation

I am already using Matrix as my primary communication platform and host everything myself. Since both Checkcle and Matrix are open source and self-hosted, they are a natural fit together. I prefer not to rely on third-party services like Slack or Discord for critical monitoring alerts. Having Matrix notification support would allow me to keep everything in one place, without any external dependencies.
