settings.py not found but it's there #105
Description
I've set up everything, venv working and sevabot installed
Since I'm running on Windows, I copied the settings.py.example to where sevabot.exe is as settings.py.
However... doesn't seem to find the settings.py. (And this is a first run o_o)
