[converter] yaml to json-ld

We will want a converter to get a json-ld file. @ricardoaat have you done this in the past for biocshemas, and could comment on your strategy?

I started something a while ago, but its far from finished. I will update here as I progress on its development 😅

If it's non Python I can also wait for your software, and then try to reproduce in Python - I would definitely learn a lot!
