• Cohort: A cohort is a group of students who start 9th grade at the same time and are expected to graduate together after four years. The cohort year refers to the school year in which that group is expected to graduate. For example, students who begin 9th grade in the 2020-2021 school year are part of the 2023-2024 cohort, meaning they are expected to graduate at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.

Description:
Before a Student Innovator joins a school brigade they must first fill out a survey that self identified what their post secondary goals (College or Career) will be. This would be recorded in either the data set "24_25_School_College_Readiness_Total" or "24_25_School_Career_Readiness_Total" for the student and added to the aggregate total for the schools 24_25_School_College_Readiness_Total" or "24_25_School_Career_Readiness_Total". This will trigger the backend to check a of the students status and update "24_25_State_College_Career_Readiness_Status" or the "24_25_School_College_Career_Readiness_Status" to either be In-Progress (Default): 0 | On-Track: 1 | Needs Attention: 2
