Possibly outdated spec

The spec at https://openplanner.team/specs/2018-11-routable-tiles.html doesn't seem to match the server response, I assume it needs some updating.

• The hydra:template value is missing a /planet in the path. The spec says "https://tiles.openplanner.team/14/{x}/{y}" while the server response says "https://tiles.openplanner.team/planet/14/{x}/{y}".
• The spec says there should be tiles:longitudeTile and tiles:latitudeTile values in the response but these seem to be missing. Not sure which one is correct here.
• The osm context value seems to point to a dead link (https://w3id.org/openstreetmap/terms#). The server response contains the same link in this case.

Point one: should be adjusted indeed to show an example that is functional

Point two: these are optional, but the spec could be more clear

Point three: indeed, we still need to put online an openstreetmap ontology!
