Improve documentation of upload process #39
Description
Better documentation of mechanics of upload process in readme, and particularly:
- Render limitations on source names
- Interaction between sources (e.g. potential for failed uploads to block website builds)
- Potential need to manually purge unwanted directories (if source names are changed) from S3 bucket
