OpenModal won't open

Hello,
I downloaded the alpha release openmodal_alpha_win-amd64-3.5
I was able to open openmodal once, by clicking on the openmodal application on the downloaded folder.
However, i am not able to do this anymore, since when i open openmodal application the following error appears and nothing happens:

Can anyone help?
