AttributeError: 'DataFrame' object has no attribute 'sort'

Hello, I could launch the openmodal.py and also bring up the UI.
But the GUI closes when i try importing openmodal_test_data.unv and in python terminal I get below error:

I tried replacing sort with sort_values in the C:\Python\Lib\site-packages\pandas\core\generic.py but it did not work. same error persists.
any solutions???

Try updating pandas, and paste the complete error traceback.
