ViconHolodeckDriver.cpp does not build

There is a build error. It might have worked on your machine because of stale files in the drc build directory:

vicon/src/vicon-segments-driver/ViconHolodeckDriver.cpp:10:43: fatal error: ViconDataStreamSDK_CPP/Client.h: No such file or directory

These files were provided by drc-vicon, they have different names within this vicon repo. I will push a fix.

i had fixed this locally but not pushed (due to gitignore).

i think this solves the issue:
