Add variant for placement on Toast #4110
Description
As part of the work done on instructor dashboard, we are using Toast as a feedback for the user, but our designs require Toast to appear on right side, and currently is forced to be on left side, so we needed to override the class for now, will be smoother if Toast itself have a way to choose if it should appear on right or left side.
