Can not use new catalog mfe in ulmo.1

I think we need to update the backend for using new catalog mfe in ulmo.1

We're experiencing the same issue on Tutor 21.x (Ulmo) with Kubernetes deployment.

Environment:

• Tutor: 21.x (Ulmo release)
• edx-search: v4.3.0 (installed)
• frontend-app-catalog: latest from master

Error:
The catalog MFE calls /search/unstable/v0/course_list_search/ endpoint which returns 404 because this endpoint was added in PR #227 (merged Oct 2025) but hasn't been released yet.

# course_list_search is missing

Root cause:
frontend-app-catalog is marked as available for Ulmo, but it requires edx-search features that are only in master branch, not in v4.3.0.

Workaround:
Disabled the catalog_mfe plugin until a new edx-search release includes the course_list_search endpoint.

It is supposed to have been fixed in what will be ulmo.2, and a workaround has been documented for ulmo.1
