Requirements Update Jobs Failing

The requirements update jobs are failing still, and will need some manual intervention.

This probably needs a fix similar to what we did in the below two repos:

• build: Don't have both a pip and pip-tools requirements files. openedx-platform#37636
• openedx/openedx-calc@12e3444

@Ali-Salman29 can you fix this issue in this repo please. We're starting to get behind on the requirements updates.
