WolfSSL and WolfCrypt Support

Explore the possibility to re-engineer LibPKI's architecture to support the new library's crypto and tls functionalities.

wolfSSL and wolfCrypt are licensed under GNU GPL v2, so it's not possible due to LibPKI's license being incompatible, as I've reported in #86.
