Request: More customisation of Vehicle page units

The "Use SI Units" toggle is not granular enough for UK users, who would generally prefer to use °C but stick with mph too.

Please can we allow the configuration of units per parameter.

I made a new repository and made the changes you requested. I'm currently down a Raspberry Pi (shorted it out or something). Could you try compiling it and check for the changes you requested?
