Consent alert seems to duplicate events in some case. Ignoring it freezes the website due to sweetalert bad close

Steps to reproduce

Install the extension
Open a website
Wait for consent for the use of GoogleTagManager

Test different cases: cancel, click outside the alert, press "escape" key, accept the first one, but cancel the second alert. And check in all the cases behaviour is as expected.

Consent alert in some cases (unknown how or when) have duplicated storing events in spreadsheets in Highlight&Go. When you close the alert (clicking outside the alert) an overlay keeps unvisible making entire website to be unclickable.

Seems that the problem is not related with GoogleTagManager, but when activating, deactivating and activating again the extension.
